Here is your sanctuary from the turmoil and fear. 

Here is your strength and your protection. 

Here requires nothing of you,

but your whole-hearted devotion, 

born from the deep and silent knowledge  

that no other place could possibly satisfy you. 

You can learn to be Here all the time, and you will,

for the fire of longing to belong

will not be extinguished. 

The scorching flame of separation

from the sanctuary of your ever-waiting self

keeps forcing you back to the core,

to the center of your center

where all that

you are

is all

that

is

and

there is

nothing that

is not what you are.

Here, you belong — to everything,

and everything belongs to you.

And nothing changes but

your way of seeing

and being

and breathing

and becoming.

Just pause and notice.

Here is already exactly where you are

right now.
