Weaving Realization Process meditations with original poetry, songs, and zither music, Roma Hammel and Maja Apolonia Rodé lead heartful mystics and meditators on a uniquely transformative journey.
How this program came to be:
In late 2019, I joined a weekly meditation group led by senior Realization Process teacher, Roma Hammel. Mentoring sessions with her continue to be a foundation for my spiritual and creative evolution. During the 2020 worldwide stay-at-home, we teamed up for this 9-part online series that weaves Realization Process meditations with original poetry, songs, and zither music. The series is now available on video.
The monthly themes were inspired by my Divine Dice. About halfway through the series, at the end of each session, we rolled the dice to determine the following month’s theme. It was a deep honor and rich learning to co-lead this experience with Roma, and participants reported deep transformations.
